Who doesn’t like fine dining? The experience of eating in a sophisticated, unique, elegant, and luxurious manner. And, to cherish the fine dining experience, some etiquettes need to be maintained. Following certain etiquettes can also save you from embarrassment in front of your relatives, or your date. Although there are many rules to fine dining, like using the cutlery, placing your order, etc. But today, we’ll tell you 5 things you should never do in a fine dining restaurant.

1. Dress Code

Even if the restaurant has no dress code, still maintain your class. Dress up decently, so that nobody gets the chance to even question you once. Because your clothes reflect your personality.

2. Take Permission From The Host Before Sitting

However, as soon as you enter the restaurant, you’re accompanied by the host or manager. Still, if nobody, is present there, wait for anybody to arrive and welcome you. It’s better if they escort you to your table.

3. Have Patience

Fine dining is synonymous with elegance. Even if you’re starving don’t let it show on your face. Although the fine dining concept serves your order really quickly, still have patience. Even if there’s a delay from their side, you should not lose your calmness. Ask the waiters politely about your food.

4. No Phone Calls

While you’re seated and your phone rings, never pick it up. If the call is urgent excuse yourselves, find a suitable corner, or step outside the restaurant to attend the call. Attending the call while you’re between your loved ones, or colleagues may distract them and may force them to stay quiet which is not a good sign.

5. Never Misbehave

The basic rule yet needs to be reminded. Neither with the people present at your table nor with the waiter and waitresses. Disagreements are natural but in which manner do you keep your point of view questions your etiquette?
