Swirlls Cakery And Cafe is a Delhi-based bakery that specialises in eggless desserts. And the delights they make are highly Instaworthy. To make the ice cream burger, the guys at the bakery use brownies dotted with nuts that look like pieces of burger bread. The video of this amazing burger was shared by food blogger Jatin Garg on his Instagram handle the.food_cult. To make the burger, the chef first applies dollops of chocolate sauce on a piece of chocolate bread. He then tops it with brownie crumbs. choco chips and chocolate syrup. Over these, he puts a scoop of chocolate ice cream and coats with more chocolate syrup and choco chips. Finally, he puts the upper slice of the burger. The final product is a true chocolate overload and utterly drool-worthy!
