Participants Will Have To Take Part In Sleep Experiments
The participants will also have to take part in several sleep experiments like ‘the best nap duration for feeling refreshed’, ‘the effects of napping on overall levels of fatigue’ and ‘the effects of napping on memory, motivation and productivity’. They need to take part in video calls prior to and post each experiment. Participants will also need to complete answering some questions verbally.
