After moving and staying in Topeka for a year, employees will be paid the massive amount of money which can be used for all moving-related expenses.

Renters will receive an incentive amounting to $10000 (₹7,10,780) wherein $5000( ₹3,55,822) will be received from the employer and $5000( ₹3,55,822)from the Joint Economic Development Organization (JEDO). This money can be used by people for a primary residence. Those people who wish to buy or renovate their houses, they will be paid up to $15000(₹10,66,170) and each partner will contribute $7500 ( ₹5,33,734). The Greater Topeka Partnership also states that the expenses for moving into 1 to 2 bedroom house can be up to $7000( ₹4,98,151) and will go up to $16000 ( ₹11,38,632) for a 3 to 4 bedroom apartment. This partnership is expected to have sufficient incentive funds for around 40 to 60 members. So if you’re one of them, then maybe its time to start packing your bags.
