Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple is one of the historical temples in Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh. Lakhs of devotees visit the iconic temple to worship and offer prayers to Lord Venkateswara. It is an incredibly spiritual experience to get the opportunity to pray at this sacred location. Among all the devotees visiting here, many do not carry darshan tokens. A new decision by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams now allows these people to get laddu prasadams with the help of their Aadhaar cards.

Here’s How Tokenless Devotees Can Obtain Laddu Prasadams

On Thursday, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) shared the important news of introducing a new system of registering visitors’ Aadhaar cards to get two laddu prasadams. Not all devotees have the darshan tokens launched by TTD for special entries to Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple. Now, all these people can get the scared prasad from the temple authorities, thanks to the latest announcement.

As Tirumala Tirupathi Updates (@ttd_updates) shared on X, tokenless devotees can simply register their Aadhaar cards at specified laddu counters. Following this step, they can obtain two laddus. Specially designated counters are starting from counter 48 to counter 62. Keep these numbers in mind while visiting the renowned temple and get your prasadams as well.

The decision to allow tokenless devotees to register their Aadhaar cards to get two laddu prasadams has been finalised to emphasise clarity in the entire distribution process of laddus at the temple. The announcement came into force at a time when some people began to sell these sweets in the black market.
