Education is a birthright for everyone. Especially now, when you can enjoy world-class education across the world. In recent years more and more Indians have been travelling overseas to get an education and make the career that they have dreamt about. But given the Covid situation and severity of the situation in almost every country, strict Covid protocols were implemented.  International travel was restricted. These Countries Have Eased Travel Restrictions For Indian Students

Countries like the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Georgia, and more are easing the travel restrictions on Indian students. After the devastating second wave of Covid, several countries had imposed restrictions on Indian travellers which halted the education experience for many Indian students. Since then, the government has been making efforts to ease these restrictions for Indian students enrolled in foreign universities.

The Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan said in the Rajya Sabha, that the Ministry has been making efforts for reducing travel restrictions for Indian students enrolled in foreign universities. He further added that the Ministry has been actively taking up the issues with the respective Governments to ease travel restrictions.  This welcome news comes as a sigh of relief for several students who had desired to experience the different cultures abroad and enrich their careers.
