With Chef Sneha Singhi’s amazing recipe, let your romantic evening be filled with joy, warmth, and unforgettable flavours. The pièce de résistance of this Valentine’s Day feast is undoubtedly the stuffed paneer with Makhani sauce.

Make This Yummy Dish For Your SO

Makhani Sauce:

  1. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan and add halved onions, quartered tomatoes, ginger, garlic, dried red chilli, green chilli, beetroot, and cashews.
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the ingredients soften.
  3. Add water and salt, then cook until the tomatoes are completely soft.
  4. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
  5. Return the paste to the pan and add a mixture of water and cream, salt, red chilli powder, and kasuri methi.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.

Paneer Stuffing:

  1. In a pan, melt butter and sauté ginger, garlic, green chilli, and onion for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add beans, carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, salt, red chilli powder, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in mashed boiled potatoes and remove from heat.
  4. Cut the paneer into the desired shapes and slice each piece into two.
  5. Generously stuff the potato mixture between two slices of paneer.
  6. Heat butter in a pan, add salt and cook the stuffed paneer for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Set it aside.

Jeera Rice:

  1. In a pan, heat butter/ghee and add jeera until it pops.
  2. Add steamed rice and salt, then mix well.

Serve And Enjoy:

  1. Place a serving of jeera rice in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the stuffed paneer on top and generously spoon the Makhani sauce over it.
  3. Serve hot and savour the divine flavours with your beloved.
