Coming from a Punjabi-Sindhi family, food has always been a big part of Tusshar’s life. So, we asked him who was the biggest foodie in the Kapoor clan, and this is what he said!
Tusshar Kapoor Reveals He Is The Biggest Foodie In The Family
“I think my sister and I are the biggest foodies. Ekta and I grew up being real gluttons,” reveals Tusshar Kapoor. Although he is a fitness freak now, food has always been a big part of Tusshar’s life. He shared that while growing up, after shifting to a new home, he became a bit of a loner and ended up eating a lot during those years.
With a Punjabi father and Sindhi mother, Sunday brunches at the Kapoor household are quite interesting. Although Tusshar Kapoor reveals that there has always been a prominence of Punjabi cuisine at home, and he isn’t too fond of Sindhi cuisine. Growing up, he enjoyed eating a lot of dal pakwan, aloo paratha, and desserts like atta halwa, sooji halwa, and moong dal halwa. While the Sunday brunch menu was never fixed, the family always enjoyed good food!
What He Eats Now To Look Better Than Ever!
If you have seen Tusshar Kapoor in the initial years of his career, you would know that the actor hasn’t aged much! In fact, he looks much younger today than he did when he made his debut almost two decades ago! So, what’s his secret? Working out regularly and eating well! A self-confessed foodie, Tusshar is also a health freak and keeps a strict watch on his diet. While we enjoyed a big feast at his home, he simply ate quinoa with some paneer sabzi and a mixed vegetable sabzi. He shared that his mindful eating has helped him “reverse age” and look better than ever!
