Because of the lovely weather, the majority of visitors visit Dubai in January. There are several outdoor events and natural attractions to enjoy. Dubai is still fairly active in the first week following the New Year. However, there will be fewer crowds for the rest of January. In January, both rain and fog are prevalent. For water-based activities, the weather is a little chilly. Therefore several water parks might close at the end of the month for yearly maintenance.
