Alia bint Abdullah Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, highlighted that the UAE’s consistent ranking reflects the nation’s forward-thinking leadership. The goal? To position the country as a global hub for startups in advanced and digital economies.

To fuel this vision, the UAE has invested $8.7 billion under the Projects of the 50 initiative. This funding supports small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and innovation-driven ventures. The results are already visible:

  • Foreign direct investment (FDI) reached record levels in 2023.
  • 75% of early-stage entrepreneurs plan to expand their teams within five years.
  • 80% of startups are integrating digital technology into their businesses.
