UK Couple Fly To Milan For Sandwiches Because It’s Cheaper
According to an article which was recently published by Hindustan Times or HT, this particular couple initially planned on sharing breakfast. However, they lived in Cranfield in Bedfordshire and travelling to London from there costs anywhere between £35 and £50.
Sharon Summer, who is 49 years old and travels frequently to London, proposed her idea to her boyfriend, Dan Puddifoot. They found that a round-trip to Milan cost £14 so they did that instead. They took a flight to Milan at 8:35 AM and reached there by 11:25 AM.
From there, they took a train to get around Milan. They relished a sandwich and a pink lemonade with marshmallows. Sounds like they had a memorable trip!
