After their massive Bahubali Thali, Ardor 2.1 in Connaught Place, Delhi is all set to launch their Election Special ‘United India Thali’ featuring 28 different cuisines straight from the 28 states of India.
What is it?
In the spirit of the 2019 elections, Ardor 2.1 is launching a ‘United India Thali’ on the date of the start of the first round of the elections, that is 11th April. Shaped as the map of India, the thali serves 28 different food specialities from the 28 Indian states, along with a 29th item that is the ‘Chowkidar Paratha’.
What’s in it?
The thali will be available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. While the veg variant of the thali include dishes like Paneer Butter Masala, Lithi Chokha, Dhokla and Khandvi. There’s also Gongura Pachdi, Veg Shaphaley, Aloo Posto, Himachali Choley, Bisi Bele Bath and Dal Pachrangiin. The non-veg variant includes Chicken Butter Masala, Biryani , Kosha Mangsho, Galouti Kebabs, Mutton Pepper Fry, Chicken Chettinad, Goan Fish Curry and Chicken Shaphaley.
All this accompanied with Pudina Chutney, Bhaang Chutney, and Rasam. End your meal with delectable Raj Bhog and Sago Kheer.
What else?
During the elections, the restaurant will also be offering a state cuisine complementary on the date of that state’s election. For example, on 12th May, Delhi is witnessing its elections, so on that day, Delhi cuisine refills will be free for all guests.
