How The Duo Prepared ‘Mango Three Ways’

To bring together the dessert, chef Vikas Khanna and Badshah first set a creamy rectangular base on the plate and topped it with a smooth layer of Kesar Mango Coulis. To make it even more indulgent, the chef added a generous portion of Mango Mousse, giving the whole dessert a rich, creamy burst of flavour. Badshah even helped by adding more Kesar Mango Coulis around the dish, and Vikas took over to perfectly spread it across the remaining space like a pro.

And then came the moment everyone waited for — the homemade Mango Ice Cream. But this wasn’t a basic scoop. It had a gorgeous pink peacock design on top, making the dessert look like edible art. To finish it off, they decorated the sides with colourful tutti frutti, and let’s be real, we all love it. And with that, the duo finished up the ‘Mango Three Ways’.
