Many South Asian nations currently require Indian tourists to have a visa upon arrival, while Vietnam offers e-visas.

Bien told CNBC TV18 reporters in Ahmedabad that although there is currently an e-visa for visitors from India and other nations, there isn’t a visa on arrival. However, a new visa regime for visitors from India and other nations is being considered. Due to India’s large population, there are a lot of opportunities for travel from India to Vietnam. The bilateral relationship between the two nations is quite strong. The diplomat stressed that Vietnam appreciates the growing number of Indian tourists.
