This time we stumbled upon a video where people are using belans, aka rolling pins, to reduce belly fat.
Roll Belans And Lose Belly Fat
Amidst all the videos that suggest healthy and weird ways of losing fat on the internet, a video is garnering a lot of attention. The video features a group of people using Belan or rolling pins to reduce their belly fat and lose weight.
A rolling pin is a kitchen implement that you will easily find in any Indian household. But here in this video, you can see people rolling it over their tummies to apparently reduce belly fat.

An instructor can be seen guiding a group of people inside a class to roll the pin on their bellies. They were also in the later part of the video, seen dancing while using the pins. Then the instructor also taught them to use different types of massagers on the body.

Netizens Are Divided
The video was shared by @chiragbarjatya on Twitter, who captioned it in Hindi, saying our country has a lot of scope. The video has by far garnered 861.7K views and over 2000 likes.
Some users found this video very hilarious and took it very lightly. They joined @chiragbarjatya in passing funny comments on ways people adopt for losing belly fat. One of the users mentioned that the instructor has many followers on Instagram and is quite famous.
