Recently, the official Instagram account of Southwest Airlines shared a stunning video of the total eclipse taken from one of their planes. According to an article which was recently published by Times Now or TN, the plane was at a height of 35,000 feet.
The caption in the post also talked about how this was a unique and once-in-a-lifetime flight that allowed passengers this unique view of the totality. The video showcases breathtaking visuals of the sun gradually darkening. It left many Netizens awe-struck.
Since it was first shared ten hours ago, the video has managed to garner more than ten thousand likes and even more views! Some commenters talked about how they were lucky enough to be able to witness it while others expressed their envy.

Social media, especially Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter) are flooded with pictures and videos of the event. It was easily one of the most globally anticipated events of the year so far. Many people planned entire trips just so they could see the eclipse.
Even the National Aeronautics and Space Association or NASA shared videos and pictures of the event. It was truly remarkable because it was shot from the space! It showed the shadow of the moon on Earth growing larger as the eclipse happens and it was truly amazing.
