Ring Of Fire To Total Eclipse, NASA Reveals The Date & Map Of Solar Eclipses 2023 & 2024. Make Plans In Advance!

Do you remember the hype around eclipses while you were a kid? News channels across the globe would cover these events as if they were the only thing holding this universe together. And while the news anchors would rant about how special the event is, we would wonder why it is a big deal. But as we grew and started studying the working of planets and celestial bodies, the prominence was quite clear. NASA, a space research organisation in the United States Of America, has issued a press release stating the dates and locations to observe solar eclipses in 2023 and 2024. Take note!

NASA: Solar Eclipses 2023 & 2024

NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) is a space research organisation that has managed to discover many secrets of space. And they have released the data about solar eclipses of 2023 and 2024. According to the organisation, there will be an annular solar eclipse on the 14th of October 2023. This type of solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth but does not completely cover the Sun. As a result, the Moon appears like a bright disc.

As for the year 2024, there will be a total solar eclipse on the 8th of April. During this, the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun and completely blocks the Sun. NASA has revealed the map of the places in the United States Of America where these solar eclipses will be observed.
