Wealthy Indians Book Private Jets To Ring In The Festival Season Of Navratri & Diwali

While most of us had spent our last Diwali between the four walls of homes, the dip in the COVID-19 cases, means that this festive season is going to see a bit more fanfare. That said, the situation remains uncertain and wealthy Indians want to ensure that nothing comes in way of their celebrations. This is why they are booking private jets and flying far-off international destinations with their family, friends, and even pets.

Wealthy Indians Are Flying Abroad For Durga Puja & Diwali Celebrations

Private jet operators have seen a huge surge in the bookings of the months October and November. The festive season has led to a demand for chartered flights for Diwali and Durga Puja celebrations. As more international destinations are easing travel restrictions, charter flight operations are seeing heavy demand. Charter flight companies also expect to see a boom in bookings for vacation destinations during Christmas and New Year.

Indians Are Travelling To Dubai, Thailand, Maldives, Bali, & Maldives

Reportedly, about 60% of customers are looking to travel to international destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Maldives, Bali, Maldives, and Moscow. A majority of these destinations are around Diwali and Durga Puja holidays. Single charter flights with six to eight seats are the highest in demand. About 35-40% of bookings are from people wishing to travel from international destinations such as Dubai to India during the festive season.

More and more wealthy Indians now wish to travel to Maldives, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Russia Ukraine, and some of the European countries.
