I used to stay right behind moti mahal. An ingenious recipe designed to use left over tandoori chicken with cheapest overripe desi tomatoes from nearby sabzi mandi nd cream from local dairy. Pcs of Tand chicken were stir fried in garlic, butter nd some caraway seeds for umami.
