It was on September 5 when Hayne did this unbelievably scary stunt on Emily. Judge Timothy Gilligan said to Rosemary that this was not Real Housewives of Parma and that her behaviour was not at all acceptable.
To reduce the long jail time, the judge gave an option to Rosemary where she would need to work at a fast food restaurant for a minimum of 20 hours every week. And she would need to do the same for the next two months. The assaulter agreed to the sentencing arrangement as well.
