52k total rent or one person?

Mumbai’s real estate costing is actually insane. You can get a house like this in Ghaziabad for like 15-20K.
The rent is absolutely nuts
— Dhruv Deora (@DhruvDeora2) April 16, 2025
52K is even more than what one would normally pay for a fortnight rent overseas.

Wtf bro I wish I was a female in mumbai , would do anything for that view.

I love that Mumbai keeps reminding me how far I am still from making it in life

This is funny. I mean yeah you are probably earning more than decent amount. But 52k for a huge home makes no sense. A house which can accommodate 4 + is beinh wasted

Bro what u do for living?
— Aquib Shaikh (@AquibShaikh313) April 16, 2025
Does 52k include chauffeur, butler and masseur available 24/7 ?
— Calvin (@justAcalvin) April 16, 2025
Cost of this flat must be no less than 3.5 cr .. going by the interest rates of 8%p.c.p.a… the interest component on the loan would be 2 lakhs in addition to 20k maintenance every month … Basically 1 lakh rent is still a loss making proposition for the owner !!!

You can get this type of flat in Lucknow for 10-12 k and in remote areas it’s even less. And in remote new construction they provide all such facilities gym , spa wagerah under 20k (2 bhk)
Mumbai prices are insane !!
