In Abu Dhabi, a senior UAE minister said that you would soon integrate the GCC Railway network with Arab nations. Therefore, travellers might fantasize about travelling by rail from Kuwait to Oman through Abu Dhabi. Suhail Al Mazrouei, the UAE’s Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, inaugurated the 16th edition of Middle East Rail by noting that the GCC nations are actively constructing their railway networks. 

Future To Interconnect Arab Countries Like Kuwait To Oman 

GCC Railway might link Arab nations in the future. We hope to maintain the GCC’s ambition of enabling residents to travel freely between nations with our state-of-the-art railway network. Our GCC brethren are cooperating with us so the GCC may link with Arab countries like Kuwait to Oman and expand its network. This will cut emissions and expenses in the future.

Future Projects Are Sustainable 

The minister stated the UAE’s ambition to decrease CO2 emissions by 70% by 2050 includes developing Etihad Rail. Therefore, increasing energy costs, particularly train fuel, are problematic, he added. In addition, countries must assure effectiveness and sustainability.

“Today’s issues include efficiency, sustainability, and lowering emissions. All nations are seeking to cut their resource usage, become more efficient, and ensure their supply. A building or utilizing a train network like Kuwait to Oman is a dependable alternative in the GCC and the Emirates.” The UAE’s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure is building an intelligent transport network.
