Both Novotel Goa Shrem and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa have some of the best dining options in Goa. We are sure you will love the gastronomy experience at these restaurants.

1. La Brise

Take your date here for a candlelight dinner and make your evening even more romantic! Giving your table an elegant and subtle look, there is a Lumia lamp lighting dimly in the centre. You cold also go for the greener options from the menu if you are feeling health conscious.

For the hidden singer in you, come here on a Wednesday and sing along in Karaoke or sway on Saturdays for your Bollywood affection. There is a Sunday brunch too! The menu is an eclectic mix of western, oriental and local Goan savouries and mignardises.

2. Chy Lounge & Bar

Novotel Resort and Spa, keeping in mind the time-consuming check-in time and formalities, they have Chy to give their guests a relaxing start. Chy is situated at the lobby level, so you can grab a drink and some finger food while your formalities are taken care of. You can also order exotic tea from their wide range of variety. The colours and interiors at Chy are very refreshing.

3. Vero Cibo

Serving a specially curated menu cooked by Executive Sous Chef Siddharth Noronha, the bistro and bar serve a mix of Italian, French, Turkish and Greek cuisine with a modern twist.

Ask for their freshly caught seafood specials or enjoy the Sicilian style Frito-Misto with Italian lime served with salad on side and fisherman sauce on top.


The eatery gives you a Mediterranean vibe with its’ royal candle lit chandeliers, white drapes and elegant birdcages.

On the weekends, the restaurant would have a BBQ station with family style serving and portions offering platters. Breakfast buffet and a special dinner menu, a Little Red Cupboard full of desserts… you ask for it and it’s there.

4. Food Exchange

Located in the Novotel Resort and Spa, Food Exchange is an all day dining restaurant. It has an indoor as well an al fresco setting for your different moods. The kitchen is made in all glass, so you can see your food being cooked also you get a chance to interact with the chefs. They serve best of the Goan food here. There are Folk dances and performances on weekends at Food Exchange.

5. The Square 

The Square in Novotel Goa Shrem is an inhouse hotel in Novotel. As the name suggests, this eatery dishes out everything in a square.

The buffets are desgined in four corners so that it becomes approchable for all the guests. The alluinteriorsirors inspired by the square design concept seamlessly blends with the theme.

With the multi-cuisine food spread, they have live stations during breakfast buffet, serving Indian delicacies. Lunch is a la carte and buffets are arranged depending on the number of guests.

6. Bar Asia

Situated near the pool, Bar Asia gives you the Goan feels amidst nature’s lap of serenity.
