Dubai is almost always buzzing with events. And it was recently announced that the 14th edition of ‘Made in Tashkeel’ exhibition has returned. Featuring a curated collection of artworks, like every year, this year also the exhibition is going to leave people stunned with its collection. It features many exciting works by renowned artists and we are here to tell you all about the ongoing exhibition.
Made in Tashkeel Returns For 14th Edition
Founder and director, Her Highness Sheikha Lateefa bint Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum has once again curated a brilliant ‘Made in Tashkeel’ exhibition for this year. The carefully selected artworks are by more than 100 exhibiting artists from the UAE and across the world. Coming back with a new range of artworks that uses a diverse range of materials and media, the exhibitors are not just long-standing members of the Tashkeel Art Collective, but also artists-in-residence and past exhibitors.
As mentioned previously, these artworks feature a range of media, these include fine arts, mix media, sculpture, photography, jewellery, digital art, and graphic design. In fact, some of the materials used by the artist also include vegan silk, clay, gold, paper, sand, stainless steel, and artificial intelligence.
100+ Artists Are Exhibiting Their Work
A wide range of artists will be representing their skills and continuous commitment towards nurturing skills and knowledge. In fact, 20 Emirati artists have been featured in this year’s showcase. But not just them, artists from countries like Germany, Japan, India, Pakistan, Syria, Jordan, Russia, Lebanon, and Palestine have also been featured.
