It was on Thursday when a passenger recorded a video of people sleeping on the floors of this express train. The viral clip clearly shows how people slept anywhere they found a small area to rest. Travellers grabbed a seat at any place they could manage, from crowded seats to train gates, floors, and even on the toilet passage of the train.
The conditions were so horrifying that there was not even the tiniest space available to walk and move forward. These passengers blocked the interior corridor of this Chhatisgarh Express in such a way that there was no room left for others to move, walk, or even use basins and toilets.
It took no time for the original video to grab the attention of Netizens. Surely, it raised people’s eyebrows and also angered X users. People are angry seeing how the concerned departments are not focusing on such major problems. They are criticising the Ministry of Railways for their management and operations.
Railway Seva Replied To The Viral Incident On Chhattisgarh Express
The official Twitter account for support to rail users reacted to the incident and shared its responses as well. According to its reply, the department has informed the concerned authorities about the much-talked-about news of many passengers sleeping near toilets on Chhatisgarh Express.
It was just a few days ago when news of passengers with confirmed tickets not being able to board a train broke out. Ticketless passenegrs blocked the doors of a train to Howrah in such a way that people with confirmed tickets were stranded at the Chennai Central station.
