1. Hilton Palm Jumeirah
The new Hilton hotel, opening this September, has some lavish plans. They are located on the Palm Jumeirah and have amazing ocean view rooms. The hotel will have a number of fancy restaurants with great food, and delicious beverages. It will also have a branch of the popular casual dining restaurant, Jones the grocer.

2. St Regis The Palm
This outstanding hotel is set to open during the fourth quarter of this year. St Regis will consist of 504 luxury apartments and 289 rooms. The 52nd floor of this palace like hotel, will have a much talked about viewing deck named the view. The hotel will also feature an exciting new restaurant, SUSHISAMBA, that is a mix of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine.

3. The Royal Atlantis
The name says it all. If you want to be treated like kings and queens, only a castle such as this place is befitting. The Royal Atlantis, set to open in the third quarter of 2020, will consist of 693 hotel rooms, 102 suits, and 90 swimming pools. The place will also have 231 luxury apartments. The hotel will feature an infinity swimming pool suspended around 96 meters above the Palm. There will also be a number of celebrity chef restaurants situated throughout the hotel.

4. Marriott Resort
This is the first Marriott resort to open in Dubai. The resort will consist of a plethora of different restaurants, with cuisines ranging from Peruvian, Italian, Korean, Mexican, and Japanese. The hotel will also feature a delicate garden maze in the entrance. Every room in the hotel comes with its own private balcony overlooking the resplendent Arabian Gulf.

5. Sofitel Wafi
This hotel is opening just in time for spring break, and will be the largest Sofitel in the Middle East. The hotel will consist of 97 luxury apartments, along with a number of celebrity chef restaurants. Taiko, an Amsterdam-born Asian eatery will open at the hotel, along with many other french restaurants and cafes.

6. Legoland Hotel
Looking for hotels where kids can enjoy? It doesn’t get kid friendlier than this one. Dubai Parks and Resorts, will be opening a super cool Legoland themed hotel. The place is set to have over 250 rooms, and all the rooms will be designed with the lego theme. The hotel will also feature a disco elevator, a castle play area, and a candy themed exterior surrounding the rooms. The Legoland hotel is already up and running in Japan, California and Malaysia.

7. Mandarin Oriental Wasl Tower
This asian themed skyscraper will be up and running soon this year, in the hub of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road. It will be a 63 storey property, and will consist of 257 rooms and apartments. The hotel will reflect a local UAE culture, along with carrying on its asian heritage. The tower will feature many fine dine restaurants including an elegant Mandarin cake shop.

8. Address Jumeriah Resort
The reputation of this brand of hotels precedes it. The Address hotel has a few branches in Dubai, and is a beautiful place to stay. This new branch has a unique exterior. Shaped like a large rectangle, this new hotel consists 74 storeys in two connecting towers. The shape of the building very much resembles the Dubai Frame. The guests will have private access to a picturesque beach, along with beautiful views of the Gulf.

9. Corinthia Beach Hotel
Touted to be the tallest tower in the Jumeirah Beach Residence this year, the Corinthia Beach Hotel will have up to 360 rooms. As well as the hotel will also boast a large pool right in front of the beach. Corinthia will also have a number of fine dine restaurants, and a few french patisseries for a sweet indulgence.

10. Riu Deira Islands
This Spanish chain of hotels is now opening a beachfront resort in Deira, Dubai. Surrounding the hotel will be a Deira night souk, and a new shopping mall. The 75o room resort will feature many international restaurants, places to shop, and swimming pools.
