UAE Residents And Citizens Will Now Have 24X7 Visa Service Help from July 7
UAE residents and citizens will have a specially dedicated service team that will be available at all the time to help them with follow up on the status of their visa transactions. The update on this service was announced by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA).
The Service Named ‘You Are Special’ Will Cater All Your Visa, Document Needs At All The Time
The service is named ‘You are Special’ and will take requests and inquiries related to the residency services from companies and individuals, citizens and residents, at any hour throughout the week. On this, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the GDRFA, said,
“We in the United Arab Emirates in general, and Dubai in particular, seek to be at the forefront and aim to achieve customers’ requirements through services that distinguish Dubai from the rest of the world.”

The idea behind this innovative service is to provide a centralised work channel to suit the needs of customers. The dedicated team will directly manage all the customers as well as the requests, contributing to better clarity of procedures. This initiative will also help the customers find all the answers in one place, instead of visiting several sites and people for queries. And the best thing is that it will be functional 24X7 from July 7.
