The restaurant has a royal peculiar cooking style, and it has been same for nearly two decades now. While their Kebabs and Tandoori is quite appetising- you must visit the restaurant for their biryanis. Do try their Murgh Nizami Biryani for AED 42, and Gosht Keema Biryani for AED 44.

While their Special Dum Egg Biryani is to die for, you will be impressed by the immense variety of dishes Bhoujan has to offer. The cuisine is predominantly Indian- however, there are also Chinese and Afghani dishes on the menu that you can offer.
