6 New Flight Routes From Dubai To Look Forward To In 2019

Travel makes anyone happy and if you are in Dubai, you can definitely consider yourself lucky! Dubai is located strategically, giving travelers easy access to some of the world’s best destinations. With most of the places connected by an 8-hour flight, Dubai is an ideal place for globetrotters and these 6 new flight routes from DXB, will leave you with some exciting options.

1. Naples

Soon, you can holiday in Naples and experience Italy’s inimitable elegance. FlyDubai will jet off a new Boeing 737 MAX 8 from Dubai to Naples from June 4, 2019. The airline will be operating 5 flights a week, becoming the first UAE carrier to offer direct flights to the Italian city. The route will be code-shared by Emirates and will operate from DXB’s Terminal 3. From savoring the world’s best pizza to exploring ancients islands, beaches, and volcanoes, Naples has a little something to wow everyone!

2. Budapest

Next on the list is Hungary’s capital- Budapest. In addition to the current services offered by Emirates, FlyDubai will launch daily flights to Budapest starting June 27, 2019. The brand-new Boeing 737 MAX 8 will operate from Terminal 3, giving tourists direct access to the picturesque city. And guess what, the aircraft is decked with flat beds in business class!

3. Uzbekistan

Travelers traveling to Tashkent listen up! You don’t have to travel long hauls anymore as FlyDubai will soon be launching a five times weekly service to Tashkent. And there’s more! The national carrier also plans to include a daily service from 21 May 2019. This is in addition to the 30 weekly flights FlyDubai operates to destinations in Central Asia that include Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Almaty, Astana, and Kazakhstan.

4. Prague & Belgrade

Air Arabia has added two new European destinations to its list- Prague, and Belgrade, both direct from Sharjah. The service to Prague will operate five times a week – Tuesday-Sunday. New flights to the Serbian capital- Belgrade will be launched on 28 June 2019 and will operate four times a week.

5. Glasgow

After launching a recent flight to the Scottish capital Edinburgh, Emirates has added yet another route to the highlands. Come April, you can fly to Scotland to soak in the countryside and chill with some traditional Scottish whiskey. Emirates will launch a new A380 service from Dubai to Glasgow. The service will operate through the summer season, until the end of October. 

6. Shanghai

Fancy a ride on the world’s fastest train or cruising along the Huangpu River? China is just where you must head! Chinese Eastern has launched three new weekly, non-stop flights between DXB and Shanghai International airport. This is, in addition to the already existing Shanghai – Dubai route, with a stopover in Kunming. National carrier Emirates also operate direct flights between Dubai and China.
