What’s So Special?
The food at Indian Accent has put Indian cuisine on a global culinary map. Simple and traditional dishes have been given a quirky twist. Be it Badaam ka Halwa that is served in the form of a pie with chinni malai ice cream and cranberries or Medu Vada that is made from tofu and served with lime leaf gunpowder and onion chutney. Comfort food that is full of flavour and simplicity of spices is what this fine-dining experience is all about, but it’s the formula behind the mix and match that makes everything here stand out.

But if you, like us want to taste it all, you can go in for the Chef’s Tasting Menu. This six-course meal will make sure that you try the best of everything. The meal is priced at ₹7,200 for two people. Expensive right? But the man behind the creations has an explanation for it.
Why Is It Expensive?
“It is expensive. No doubt about it. But there is a lot of hard work that goes into making every dish. We never compromise on the quality of ingredients and cut corners in terms of service or experience. It’s worth the experience,” says Chef Manish Mehrotra, who has also been called the most exciting modern Indian chef in the world today.
What’s The Secret Ingredient?
Chef Manish wants to change how Indian food is perceived around the globe. “It’s the motivation to make sure that real Indian food becomes more famous in the world. People outside India know about it and not just Chicken Tikka Masala kind of Indian food. The due respect that Indian food deserves it should get that respect.”
