Why Is It Expensive?

“It is expensive. No doubt about it. But there is a lot of hard work that goes into making every dish. We never compromise on the quality of ingredients and cut corners in terms of service or experience. It’s worth the experience,” says Chef Manish Mehrotra, who has also been called the most exciting modern Indian chef in the world today.

What’s The Secret Ingredient?

Chef Manish wants to change how Indian food is perceived around the globe. “It’s the motivation to make sure that real Indian food becomes more famous in the world. People outside India know about it and not just Chicken Tikka Masala kind of Indian food. The due respect that Indian food deserves it should get that respect.”

Indian Accent, is currently at three locations in the world: New Delhi, New York and London.
