Tourists will be allowed to stay in the UAE for 90 consecutive days without a sponsor. All thanks to the five-year multiple-entry tourist visa.
If you have one of the sponsor, you will be eligible to spend up to 180 days annually in Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. This means multiple vacations to the warm city without worrying about a visa.

How To Apply For This Tourist Pass?
The application process for this visa is quite simple. Just visit the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) website. Also check the process on the mobile application or the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) website.
Which Important Documents Will Be Required?

- a six-month bank statement demonstrating a balance of at least Dh14,689.
- proof of health insurance in the UAE.
- copy of your passport’s first and last pages.
- passport-sized, recent, coloured photos that must be taken against a white background.
Some applicants might also be required to submit supplementary paperwork, such as:
- Xerox of the airline ticket.
- Evidence of residency, such as a letter of invitation from UAE-based friends and family.
- Lease agreements or hotel reservations.
What Would Be The Total Cost Of The Tourist Pass?
The overall cost to apply for this visa will sum up to Dhs650. Let’s check the classification of cost.
- Dhs100 for the Application fees.
- Fee for issuance: 500 Dhs.
- 50 Dhs for electronic services.
Within two to five working days, you will get an email letting you know whether or not your application for a five-year multiple-entry visa has been approved.
