If you’ve ever worked in customer service, you know that some people are difficult to deal with, to say the least. There are countless stories of people being horrid to customer service reps and flight attendants. This one can be added to the list of such stories. On an Abu Dhabi-Mumbai flight, an Italian passenger stripped naked and misbehaved with a crew member on board. Following this incident, the passenger was booked and arrested when the flight landed.
Italian Passenger Strips On Abu Dhabi-Mumbai Flight
On a recent flight from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai, a 45-year-old woman from Italy misbehaved with a Vistara crew member and even assaulted her. As per the official police records, this incident took place after the take-off of the flight from the Abu Dhabi airport.
According to the complaint, the woman, who is now identified as Paola Perruccio, moved from her economy class seat to a business class seat. When crew member Labat Khan, who is the complainant, went over to her to ask her if she needs help, Perruccio refused to even acknowledge Khan’s presence.
When Khan asked her to move back to her economy class seat, Perruccio punched her and on intervention by another crew member, spat on her. She then proceeded to strip off her clothes mid-flight and started walking in aisles naked.

Passenger Arrested For Misbehaving & Assaulting Crew Member
The incident took place after the take-off of the flight at around 2:30 AM IST. After the plane landed at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Andheri at 4:53 AM, the woman was handed over to the police.
A formal complaint was filed against the woman with Sahar Police. She was then served an official notice and was produced before the court. Later, she was let go. Her behaviour was alleged to put the lives of other crew members and passengers at risk.
