With the launch of services in the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, the airline now has 2 destinations in West Bengal. Akasa Air’s journey began in this state with Bagdogra, followed by Kolkata recently. The inaugural flight took off from Kolkata airport at 5:55 PM to reach Guwahati in Assam. This airline has successfully marked its presence in each and every metro city in India.

Akasa Air is now running regular flights to travel between Kolkata to Bengaluru and Guwahati. There are non-stop flights operating between these destinations every day, making the air journey smoother and more convenient for the passengers. The newest routes are going to be very helpful for flyers planning to travel to Guwahati from Bengaluru. With Akasa Air, one can even cover this route via Kolkata, and the best part is that there is no need to make a change of aircraft.

The airline is running 4 flights between these destinations daily. Here’s what the schedule at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport looks like:
- The first flight takes off from Bengaluru at 2:30 PM and reaches Kolkata at 5:15 PM.
- The second flight leaves from Kolkata at 5:55 PM to reach Guwahati at 7:05 PM.
- The third flight is to Kolkata from Guwahati and the journey begins at 7:45 PM. This aircraft reaches Kolkata at 9:10 PM.
- The last flight is from Kolkata at 9:50 PM to reach Bengaluru.
