On November 23, 2022, Akasa Air, India’s new, affordable airline based in Mumbai, will begin operating flights between Bengaluru and Pune. The airline’s network will include Pune as the ninth destination. It will also follow Mumbai as the second Maharashtran city on the network.
Akasa Air To Operate Morning And Evening Flights Between Bengaluru And Pune
Starting November 23, Akasa Air’s QP 1364 flight will depart from Bengaluru at 3:15 PM and reach Pune at 4:50 PM. QP 1365 will leave Pune at 5:30 PM and reach Bengaluru at 7:05 PM. The airline will introduce the second frequency of flights on the route on November 26. Starting November 26, QP 1311 will depart from Bangalore at 5 AM and reach Pune at 06:35 AM. QP 1312 will leave Pune at 7:15 AM and reach Bengaluru at 08:50 AM. Thus, one flight will operate in the morning, and the other will operate in the evening. These non-stop flights will operate daily.

The Airline Will Operate Flights To 7 Cities From Bengaluru
Apart from introducing new flights on the Bengaluru-Pune route, Akasa Air will also boost connectivity between Mumbai and Bengaluru. The airline is launching two new frequencies on the route, taking the total number of flights operating between the cities to seven. With the introduction of these routes, Akasa air will be operating 20 daily flights from Bengaluru to the following cities:
- Pune
- Mumbai
- Delhi
- Guwahati
- Ahmedabad
- Kochi
- Chennai
