Not long ago, the Chairman of the Mahindra Group shared a Curly Tales video of an underground homestay near Mumbai. And now, Anand Mahindra shared a Twitter thread of 10 hidden gems of India that travellers must tick off their bucket lists.

Anand Mahindra Awe-Struck By India’s Unexplored Travel Destinations

On October 18, Anand Mahindra shared a list of underexplored travel destinations in India. He called it awe-inspiring and urged travellers to share the list with their overseas friends. The head honcho of Mahindra Group acknowledged that he might have tweeted about these destinations separately. But seeing them in one sequence left him awe-struck. In his words, it makes one realise what ‘staggeringly beautiful’ landscapes India houses.

The Twitter thread was originally tweeted by the account @desi_thug1. It shows the stunning backwaters of Kerala’s Kottayam, green meadows of Arunachal’s Ziro, Manipur’s Loktak Lake, Rajasthan’s Khimsar Sand Dunes Village, Arunachal’s Damro root bridge, Goa’s Dudhsagar Waterfalls, Ladakh’s Pangong Tso Lake, Andhra’s Gandikota Canyon, Meghlaya’s Umngot River and Karnataka’s Jog Falls.
