Some of Ambani’s new neighbours will include Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, former British fooball player David Beckham, and his wife, Victoria. Anant is one of the successors of Ambani’s $93.3 billion wealth. The 11th richest man in the world, at 65 years old, is gradually giving over control to his children. This follows a push for diversification that saw his company’s expansion into green energy, technology, and e-commerce.

Everyone’s chattering about the beach-side Villa. But what do we know about it? Sources claim that the Villa comprises ten bedrooms, a private spa, and indoor and outdoor pools. It’s located in the northern section of the palm-shaped artificial island, without revealing the buyer’s identity.

Antilia, a 27-story skyscraper in Bombay, will stay as their prime residence. It features three helipads, 168 spaces for parking, a 50-seat movie theatre, a large ballroom, and nine elevators.
