One of the most alluring features of Durga Puja is the thematic pandals. The theme often matches to current and trending affairs and the artisans craft them creatively. Over the years, the puja committees have highlighted various issues and subjects through their pandals. Durga Puja celebrations may be low-key this year, but the restrictions did not deter the artisans from creating pandals that much appeal to the masses.
