Astronaut Captured UAE’s Coastline Beautifully From Space

The landmarks on UAE’s coastline are famous worldwide for their beauty. From Palm Jumeirah to the beautiful Abu Dhabi city, each of these landmarks adds to the beauty of the United Arab Emirates. But did you know that even from the space  these landmarks look stunning? A Japanese astronaut captured some lovely images of the UAE’s coastline and we are in awe of it.

UAE’s Coastline From Space

Wakata Koichi, a Japanese astronaut shared some stunning images of the landmarks on the UAE’s coastline. The images are from the International Space Station (ISS). He posted images of Palm Jebel Ali, Abu Dhabi city, the World Islands and Palm Jumeirah from space on Twitter. The unique design of these landmarks makes them easily visible from the orbiting science laboratory. This is the main reason why they are so famous among astronauts to photograph. Koichi called the coastline beautiful. He is Japan space agency Jaxa’s astronaut. He is also a member of the UAE Space Agency’s advisory committee. Being on space flights, Soyuz Missions and space shuttles totally account for his 20 years of experience. To be a part of the Nasa/SpaceX-Crew 5 mission, he flew to ISS.

Stunning Landmarks

Palm Jumeirah is famous for its palm tree shape and also its skyline. It offers marvellous architectural wonders and also some of the most exciting experiences. The 5-star hotels and resorts here serve you a lavish experience. Palm Jebel Ali is one of the three archipelagos that The Palm consists of. Currently, there is news that it will be relaunched. The World Islands is a set of several manmade islands that resemble the world map. The islands are named after countries, regions, famous personalities and cities. Abu Dhabi city is known as the capital of the UAE. The city is known for its infrastructure, deserts, heritage and beaches.
