    Dubai’s BlueWaters is all set to turn stage for musiciansglobal and local, this weekend. Set against a picturesque backdrop, ‘Create Wonders’, the Street Music Festival is coming to town to rock your weekend. The event features a carefully curated list of musicians who will treat you to live music. And that’s not all! The event also promises free workshops so you have a big, grand takeaway, and open-mic nights for a fun jamming session. Now, that’s quite a musical journey, isn’t it?

    Whether you want to pick a guitar and learn a tune by the beach or simply try your hands at building your own instrument, the fest offers a creative platform where you can feel free to unleash. Here’s the schedule of the workshops happening on Friday and Saturday. And it’s open for all age groups.

    Guitar: Friday at 5.40pm, 6.30pm and 7.40pm
    Djembe Drum: Saturday at 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.40pm
    Build Your Own Instrument: Friday and Saturday at 4.30pm
    Body Percussion: Friday and Saturday at 4.30pm

    Open Mics By The Beach

    Who wouldn’t like to indulge in jamming session admits a scenic backdrop! Blue Waters‘ open mic session livens up the place every Saturday. Head here on a Saturday evening and you’ll spot music lovers lazing around in bean bags, under a pretty string of fairy lights, grooving and jamming to their favourite numbers. This Saturday the stage will be taken over by ‘Empire Sessions Open Mic Night’. The event starts off at 7.40pm.
