Bombay Borough, a popular all-day bar and eatery located at the heart of DIFC, is celebrating its fourth year of operations with a special 4th Anniversary Menu. This exclusive menu features an exquisite selection of regional Indian delicacies that expertly blend traditional flavours with contemporary cooking techniques. The limited-time Menu offers seven carefully curated dishes that highlight the diverse culinary offerings of the subcontinent. From January 19th to February 11th, 2024, diners can indulge in this delightful fare at Bombay Borough, with prices starting from AED 70.

Bombay Borough’s seven dishes blend international ingredients and techniques with traditional Indian cooking, providing a journey through the country’s diverse flavours. Each meal offers a modern twist on regional cuisines, from crispy Batti Toast to aromatic Banana Flower & Jackfruit Sukkha. The 4th-anniversary Menu is a fusion of classic Indian influences and international ingredients, providing a contemporary twist to traditional dishes. The eatery offers a sophisticated experience with botanist-inspired beverages and British and French-influenced interiors, creating an ideal setting for great food, a classy atmosphere, and good conversations.

The Seven Dishes On the Menu 

  1. Batti Toast – A traditional Rajasthani bread with heirloom tomato chokha and black pepper cream cheese – AED 75
  2. Bun Parotta Benedict – A progressive twist with Kerala parottas, poached eggs, caramelised onion fritter, and spiced mayonnaise – AED 70
  3. Himachali Duck Siddu – Shredded duck in a steamed bun, served with fermented peach salad and ground mustard – AED 85
  4. Rezala Chicken Pot Pie – Kolkata’s chicken rezala in a flaky pastry crust with ‘panchphoran’ masala – AED 110
  5. Surati Locho Cakes – Steamed gram flour cakes with black truffles and almond crust – AED 85
  6. Goan Rissois – Golden-fried shrimp patties with homemade mustard dip and fiery chilli chutney – AED 95
  7. Banana Flower & Jackfruit Sukkha – Tender banana flowers and pulled Jackfruit in a rich spice blend, paired with cumin-aniseed-flavored Mangalorean brioche – AED 85
