The Discounted Tests Will Help The Airline In Increasing Profits

The provision of COVID tests at reduced rates will help the airline to gain some extra profits. Due to the pandemic-induced lockdown, at the quarter end of December 31, 2020, SpiceJet suffered a loss of around 56.96 crores. In 2019, the airline had gained a profit of nearly 73.2 crores during the same period. The tests can be booked at spicehealth.com. The test results can also be viewed from the website by providing phone number and OTP. For assistance, the website has provided a helpline number and an e-mail ID as well. Meanwhile, India has suspended the operation of scheduled international flights till April end. India has expanded its air bubbles to 27 countries, and flights under that arrangement will continue to operate. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) recently issued an order notifying the suspension of scheduled international flights till April 30, 2021.
