It’s time to plan a trip to Goa soon because the Spirit of Goa Festival 2025 will be held in Colva from May 2nd to 4th. From local fruits and spirits to food, dances and music, everything Goan will be celebrated with full gusto at this festival. The three-day fest will be held at the SAG Ground, Colva in South Goa, and is organised by the Department of Tourism.

Promising an unforgettable experience to the attendees, the festival will bring together homegrown spirits with Goan cuisine. With each bite, the attendees will understand the story of centuries-old traditions of the region, blending local produce with the influences of trade, migration, and colonialism.

From the vibrant coastal flavours of the Konkan region to the spicy, fiery notes of Christian Goan cuisine, and the elegant, sophisticated flavours of Portuguese-inspired dishes, the Spirit Of Goa Festival will honour Goa’s culinary diversity.

Also, when it comes to crafting spirits, Goan distillers don’t shy away from experimentation. They incorporate locally grown botanicals like kokum, mint, and other tropical herbs to add a fresh, natural complexity to the spirit. With each drink, they promise a sensory journey through the flavours of the region.
