With Lush Lawn, Central Courtyard But Only 2 Rooms, Parmish Verma’s Dreamy Mohali Home Is A Sight To Behold!

When Parmish Verma invited Kamiya Jani into his Mohali residence on the latest episode of Sunday Brunch, the house revealed far more than architecture. It unfolded the story of a man who has held on to pieces of his childhood even after fame, success, and luxury became part of his everyday life.

Inside Parmish Verma’s Luxurious Villa That Has Just 2 Rooms

The episode began in signature extravagant style, a drive through the city in Parmish’s striking green Lamborghini, but the mood changed the moment the gates of his Mohali home opened.

From the outside, the villa looks expansive and almost resort-like. A massive lawn stretches across the front, framing the white-toned structure that carries subtle colonial influences in its design. Wide spaces, symmetrical layouts, soft arches, and natural light give the house an airy and old-world character without making it feel dated.

And yet, the most unexpected detail is this: the entire home has only two rooms.

For most people building a house of this scale, adding multiple bedrooms would seem obvious. Parmish Verma, however, approached the home differently. During the conversation, he explained that there was no practical reason to create extra rooms. His parents are not planning to move into the Mohali property, and he himself does not intend to settle there permanently.

His emotional connection still belongs to Patiala. He admitted that life feels easier there. In Patiala, he does not constantly carry the weight of being “Parmish Verma,” the public figure recognised everywhere he goes.

The lawn, however, was something he had imagined long before success hit.

Parmish shared that as a child, he would often notice wealthy homes with huge open lawns where people simply sat, relaxed, and spent quiet evenings. That image stayed with him for years. When the time finally came to build his own home, the lawn became non-negotiable.

A Tour Of His Beautiful Mohali Home

What gives the home warmth are the details that cannot be purchased. Inside the villa are awards and accolades earned by Parmish’s father, who worked as a professor.

Then come the smallest but perhaps most touching additions, paintings made by his three-year-old daughter. Amid polished interiors and carefully designed architecture, those colourful drawings instantly change the mood of the house.

At the centre of the home lies a courtyard filled with greenery and soft pink flowers. It already feels calming visually, but Parmish Verma revealed a detail that completely transforms the atmosphere of the space.

There is a gurdwara sahib on both sides of the property. Because of this, Gurbani naturally flows into the house at different times during the day.
