Chef Anahita Dhondy is the managing chef at the famous Parsi restaurant chain, Soda Bottle Opener Wala. A dynamic chef and a passionate cook since the age of 10, she is currently researching and writing a book on Parsi cuisine. She also recently made an appearance on the famous reality cooking show MasterChef India as a challenger. Yesterday, she posted a video on her Instagram that gave us a short tour of some of the places that she loves on 32nd Avenue in Gurgaon. Here are her 5 favourite eateries!

Our beloved chef describes it as an elevated spot for street food from around the country. Her personal recommendations are Patta Chaat, Mutton Birria Seekh Kebab and Gulab Jamun.

If you’re craving a delicious Boba tea, here’s where you can get it according to Chef Anahita! Her recommendation? Royal Milk Tea and the Strawberry Blossom.

Boju’s Kitchen

Get the juiciest, most authentic momos in Gurgaon at Boju’s Kitchen. Chef’s recommendations are the Sadeko Momos and classic Chicken Momos along with their signature spicy peanut chutney!

The perfect bar to hang out with friends for a couple of drinks, Chef Anahita seemed to have a great time here! The best thing about this place is that they also serve hookah so you can blow some smoke rings while boozing.

Cost: ₹483 for two beers.

Long Finish By Ramen Donn

Last, but definitely not least, is Long Finish by the famous Ramen Donn. The ramen broth at this place is slow-cooked to perfection. Go to this place if you want an explosion of flavours in your mouth. Chef Anahita recommends the Vegan Mushroom Chintan Ramen or the Tonkatsu Ramen.
