Only for two nights, the executive chef at Masala Library, Chef Rahul Punjabi and Malaysian-born Australian Chef Esca Khoo, will collaborate on a special four hands menu. Presenting a 16-course menu, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, this meal will be like no other. This tasting menu promises to be a feast for the senses, with each dish expertly made using locally sourced ingredients.

Chef Esca Khoo is an iconic chef with over a decade of culinary experience under his belt. Bringing together his Malaysian roots and Australian life, his creations are a treat for the tastebuds. After working at some of the best restaurants under celebrated chefs, he is now coming to Mumbai to make you taste some of his best creations, along with Masala Library’s very own Chef Rahul Punjabi.

To get to the point of the experience, you will be in for a dinner like no other. With a vegetarian and non-vegetarian 16-course tasting menu, your weekend is certainly going to be a special one. They have a creatively crafted menu with unique titles that really sound extravagant.

Among other dishes, the menu includes Masala Papad (Meheman Navazi), Banana Stem & Sunflower Pani Puri, Tadgola (Surajmukhi), Shammi Ghosht (Navabo ka Manpasand), Bhetki and Bottle Brinjal (non-vegetarian and vegetarian, respectively), Napakpi, Red Sesame Seeds (North-Eastern Renaissance), and Jangli Banana Toffee | Paan Bonbon (Petit Fours).
