Noida is soon going to house India’s tallest mall! Yes, you read that right. Country’s tallest mall, Saya Status, is coming soon on the Noida Expressway. The Saya Group, a well-known NCR real estate developer, intends to invest more than ₹2000 crore to build and open India’s tallest mall. The construction of this mall has already begun and is 25 percent complete. It is expected to be functional in 2025.

The company claims that the development has a cutting-edge architectural style and offers a variety of opulent amenities. It is anticipated to redefine standards for the retail sector and give customers a novel experience.
The project is being constructed on around 1.4 million square feet of land in Noida It will have 9 stories of magnificent vertical construction. The height of Saya Status by the Saya Group is expected to be 150 feet.
It was created by DP Architects, a prominent architectural firm with offices in Singapore and the mind behind Dubai Mall. This project is anticipated to redefine standards for the retail sector and give customers a novel experience.
The company will retain 70 percent area of the mall while 30 percent will be sold to investors. The retail space will be sold at ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 per square feet.

The hypermarket will be located on the ground floor and have a separate entrance for convenience. The mall will offer multi-level parking from the fourth to the ninth floors and a basement parking lot for 1000 cars.
A food court, family entertainment centres, toy stores, and other experiential alternatives will make the third floor the new gathering place for families. The fourth floor will have six screens and a capacity for around 1,300 people. Additionally, it will host some of the top restaurants in Noida and Delhi.
The most stunning local and international jewellers will line the fifth floor. The sixth floor is a tribute to all the customs and traditions that make each wedding unique. Holistic fitness facilities and gyms will be located on the seventh floor for total physical improvement. An unique lifestyle arena will be located on the eighth and ninth floors. (As per Times Now)
