1. Jyran

Jyran, Sofitel Mumbai BKC’s celebrated Tandoor Dining & Lounge, is all set to launch its new menu. Their newly introduced dishes pay homage to the culinary legacy of the North-West Frontier. Curated by Master Chef Waris Qureshi, the refreshed offerings this June bring together heirloom recipes and royal cooking traditions. Guests can look forward to dishes such as Namak Mandi Gosht Ki Chaap, Murgh Al Qureshi, Raan-E-Khushk Pardah and the signature Dal-E-Qureshi. While there, do not forget to try desserts like Gulab Jamun Kunafa Nest and Jyran Signature Kulfi Falooda.

2. Torii

3. Le Café

Le Café is bringing a taste of Ireland to Mumbai with the launch of its limited-edition Lobster Spice Bag, inspired by Ireland’s iconic late-night street food. This indulgent special combines premium shellfish, bold spices and irresistible comfort in one flavour-packed feast. At the heart of the dish is a generous mix of lobster, crab, scampi and tiger prawns. It is served with crispy fries, prawn crackers, golden corn, trio bell peppers and more.

4. Kikli

As the summer sun reaches its peak, Kikli is presenting a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu by Chef Amninder Sandhu. The feast brings together cooling ingredients, regional inspirations and nostalgic flavours. Highlights include Aadu, Kanji Bhalla, Jwain Patta and desserts like Mango Kulfi, Orange Kulfi and Churri Gur Ice Cream. Bengaluru’s Katana, a sake-led Izakaya, is celebrating Sakura with a special Under The Blossom menu this June. Guests can enjoy dishes like Mango Asparagus Maki, Salmon Chilli Crab Uramaki, Japanese Potato Croquette, Gyu Yakiniku and Tomagoyaki Chicken. Desserts include Berry Shortcake, Matcha Tres Leches and a limited-edition Twice-Baked Chocolate Cake.

This immersive cocktail and food-pairing experience takes guests across Asia, one city and pairing at a time. From Bangkok’s Golden Tuk Tuk, a tamarind tequila cocktail, to Seoul’s Black Velvet Seoul, a smoky gin cocktail, diners can expect plenty of surprises.
