1. The Azulian House

Foodies, get ready to experience botanical dining at The Azulian House, a new restaurant at The Leela Palace Bengaluru.  The restaurant’s concept is rooted in slowness, storytelling and immersive dining. Led by Chef Zafar, the menu draws inspiration from Peru’s culinary heritage while working with Indian produce. There will be open-fire cooking, citrus and a lot of fermented techniques. For drinks, diners can expect tequila, mezcal, botanical infusions and ingredient-led cocktails. The best part about this new restaurant is its space. The Azulian House is designed as a botanist’s residence with immersive spaces such as The Living Room, The Glasshouse, The Lab and The Orchard, surrounded by herbs, edible plants and natural light.

2. Jango

Jango, a place with an all-day cafe and cocktail bar concept, has now opened in North Bengaluru. The place is designed to move seamlessly through different moments of the day. It is basically a space where you can enjoy some coffee in the afternoon and energetic cocktails in the evening. The menu at Jango promises comforting dishes and a cocktail programme focused on approachable and easy-drinking serves. Expect an amazing experience with curated music nights, creator-led gatherings and community-led experiences at Jango. This 120-seater new restaurant and bar is built around the idea of change and transformation. Brine brings new flavours and textures with modern European sensibilities that would leave diners wanting more. The restaurant features a bar, bar-side seating, quiet lounge corners and partially open outdoors, so that you can experience the ambience however you want to. The textured grey walls and life-sized trees create a space that feels expansive and intimate. Signature dishes include Cheeseburgers, Roasted Tomato Risotto, Focaccia With Kimchi Butter and more.

4. Pixi

Church Street in Bengaluru has now got itself a new neighbourhood hangout spot, Pixi. It is a space where your day can begin with a great cup of coffee and seamlessly transition into cocktails, conversations and long evenings. The place is built around the idea of ‘First Coffee To Last Drink’ and is expected to become a favourite of many coffee shop and bar hoppers in town. No Shop Talk is a newly launched cocktail-forward bar in the city, created as an escape from Bengaluru’s fast-paced work culture. The destination promises a space where conversations can go beyond work, and people can truly switch off. No Shop Talk celebrates the version of people that exists beyond meetings, laptops and work chats. Talking about the space, Mysore Dining Hall has the feel of traditional dining halls with visible timing boards, uniformed staff and disciplined service windows. This new restaurant in Bengaluru promises a nostalgic yet urban dining experience.

This restaurant is known for its award-winning Phad Thai, Bangkok night market-inspired dishes and retro-kitschy aesthetic. The new 80-seater outlet offers dishes like Yum Yang, Kai Tawt, Tom Yum Kaichiau, a Bangkok-style Crab Omelette and more. Diners should also try beverages such as Cha Yen (Thai Milk Tea), Cha Mango (Thai Tea With Lime), along with creative cocktails made with wine and soju. 8. Mai Mai
