Terms & Conditions

• The entry ticket is priced at ₹200 per person and is valid only for the date, time, and event specified on the ticket.

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

• The entry ticket is non-transferable and cannot be carried forward to another date or event.

• Entry is subject to a security check at the venue. Outside food, beverages, sharp objects, or hazardous items may not be permitted inside the venue.

• Curly Tales and the venue reserve the right of admission and may refuse entry or remove any attendee who is disruptive, unwell, or found to be violating venue or event guidelines, without any obligation for a refund.

• Attendees are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal conduct throughout the event. Curly Tales and the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, illness, or mishap involving any attendee.

• Food, beverages, games, pottery, and other activities available at the event may be operated by third-party vendors. Curly Tales is not responsible for the quality, pricing, ingredients, allergens, availability, or delivery of any third-party food, beverage, or activity.

• Attendees are advised to inform the respective food or activity vendor of any known allergies or medical conditions before participating or making a purchase. Curly Tales shall not be responsible for any allergic reaction, illness, injury, or related incident arising from third-party products or activities.

• Any food, beverage, activity, game, pottery experience, or other purchase made at the venue may be subject to additional charges unless specifically stated otherwise.

• The event lineup, participating brands, activities, artists, performances, and schedule are subject to change or cancellation at the organizer's discretion without prior notice. No compensation or refund shall be payable for such changes.

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event for Curly Tales' promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

• A valid ticket or booking confirmation must be presented at the time of entry. Failure to provide a valid ticket may result in denial of entry without a refund.

• Any misuse, resale, duplication, or unauthorized reproduction of the ticket will result in cancellation of the ticket and denial of entry without refund.
