Delhi By Evening: Soon, You Will Be Able To Visit Popular Tourist Places Between 5 PM To 10 PM!

Besides housing some important government offices, Delhi has a rich history and culture. From the Mughals to the British, this city has witnessed the rise and fall of numerous empires. And the historic monuments in the city are proof. Recently, Delhi Tourism has decided to introduce an evening tourist tour called ‘Delhi By Evening’.

Delhi By Evening: Explore The National Capital

After the ‘Haunted Walk’ project was a success, Delhi Tourism is now preparing to introduce daily excursions in the evening. This will be carried out in an effort to stimulate summertime tourism and raise money. The project, which will be known as ‘Delhi By Evening’, would see the department cover several well-known landmarks and tourist attractions from 5 PM to 10 PM.

According to a report by Times Of India, the tour will begin at the National War Memorial and proceed to India Gate before ending with a stroll along the Kartavya Path. The guests will next be transported to the Safdarjung Tomb and Qutub Minar, which are open till 8.30 PM and will be illuminated in the night. Dilli Haat, where visitors can buy and eat dinner, will be the final destination. There will also be a designated pick-up and drop-off location and a tour guide to assist the guests.

The Delhi by Evening tour will run on weekends, according to Delhi Tourism. The event will start at 5 PM and go until 10 PM. According to sources, the tour will cost ₹500 per participant, while the total price, including GST, will be ₹525. The ‘Dekho Meri Dilli’ app or the Delhi Tourism website are both options for making reservations.

In order to boost tourism, Delhi Tourism has decided to introduce new tour packages. They have included some unexplored places like Agrasen ki Baoli, Chor Minar, Isa Khan’s Tomb and so on.
